The hot humid summer weather has finally hit us in the Ottawa area, even the wind is hot. We were invited up to our good friends camp in the Pontiac region of Quebec for a couple of days relaxing by their spring fed private lake. Lots of kids on hand having a blast, swimming, fishing, boating and general fun. The kids have all become fantastic swimmers and are now all professional "Canon ball" practitioners, I hope the floating dock survived their assault on the lake. I haven't swam this much in a long time, the water was refreshing, you didn't want to get out and as soon as you did all you wanted to do was get back in.
